Was this reply helpful? Yes No. Sorry this didn't help. I ran the command in powershell admin, but then from the Start menu, was still able to launch Microsoft store. It is not disabled. I restarted my computer and temporarily it seemed ms store was disabled but then I was able to launch it again when I click in the Windows icon.
